Mediation
For your one hour mediation session, Hasna will serve as a neutral facilitator, maintaining the meeting’s equilibrium. She has a keen ear for your deeper needs and a sharp eye towards the shared interests and paths forward that those steeped in their conflict might be too close to recognize. While there is no way to guarantee that a compromise will be reached through mediation, it offers a vastly more affordable alternative to litigation, allows you greater autonomy over the process of settling, and can preserve relationships and shape amicable resolution.

Meet Your Mediator
“I’m so moved every time I witness people who feel the dread of facing conflict, sometimes under quite intense circumstances, and choose to step towards it anyway, person to person.”
Hasna Atry is a professional facilitative mediator trained by the Mediation Center Of The Pacific in basic, advanced, and domestic mediation. With a long-standing practice of dispute resolution carefully honed in the social services and the life coaching field, she keeps a line on the deeper seed needs driving the desires stated in mediation. In doing so, she is able to provide her clients clarity on where to draw boundaries, how to state needs with intention, and where to flow and create space for compromise.
Hasna is experienced and certified to mediate of the following kinds of cases:
Landlord/tenant
Merchant/consumer
Civil rights
General disputes (neighbors, car accidents, etc.)
Domestic/family (divorce, separation, child custody, elder care)
